IntelliStar was formed in April 1995 and became a fully tariffed carrier on July 1, 1997. IntelliStar had a customer base of small to medium sized companies to which it supplied computer desktop support and telecommunication services. By March of 2001 the telecommunication portion of the business had taken a dramatic downturn.Intellistar's management knew they did not have the expertise to bring about the change needed to focus on the potential of computer network service markets and understood the complexity and forthcoming growth of the network service market and joined with Your Network Company, an existing dba company owned by Rod Gunter and formed Your Network Company, Inc. Your Network Company, Inc. was to bring together the most talented group of network specialist available. And we did just that. Your Network Company, Inc. provided full service network support and cost effective data and voice services. Your Network Company, Inc. was also capable of providing Enterprise level security and Business to Business and business to consumer e-Commerce WEB design and hosting. MissionYour Network Company's corporate mission was to provide cost effective, task- performance oriented Internet/Web Services and turnkey Computer Solutions to business users. Your Network Company was dedicated to building long term customer loyalty through competitive pricing combined with exceptional technical support. |
